Classic car HPI check

Hello all

My dad has owned a Morris Minor Traveller since about 1994 but never got a v5 for it. It has been under covers since then and my dad is about to start restoration.
Before he starts work can anyone check the history to make sure it is not stolen so he can apply for a v5.

Reg is XED 306K

All the check places I have looked at cannot find the reg although the dvla site confirms the details we already know.
