Polishing Out Scratches - Which Electric Polisher?

I seem to be forever picking up stone chips and scratches and whilst appreciate a deep stone chip will require a 'chips away' type re-spray I'm looking to get a cheap(ish) electric polisher from somewhere to deal with the blemishes that aren't that deep.

I've looked on the various 'detailingworld' type sites but get bogged down trying to find a thread that is specific to my needs and where the kit being recommended is available in the UK.

So, in a nutshell, what sub £100 automated polisher can I use in conjunction with (say) T-Cut to buff out some of the less scary marks I pick up on what seems like a weekly basis?

Kestrel DAS-6 is fine. Sold under loads of brands.
