ANYONE seen these before???

Bought a set of alloy wheels. They have an e-fit centre on the bolt hole that looks off centre???

They fit on the car but I have no idea why the they`re off set and I`ll need slimmer wheel nuts to avoid scoring the wheel as my threaded bolt will not be in the centre of the bolt hole.

Anyone shed any light on this?

Front of wheel. Note that the bolt holes look off. The collets are stamped `E-fit` pat pending.

Seller says they`re new and is will to send the appropriate bolts and spigot rings but I`m unsure as anyone I`ve showed them has never seen anything like it.

Not seen that before, but aren't they just big oversized offset washers? I guess you pop 'em out and rotate them to suit your pcd?

They look like an updated version of Unilug to me - clever and don't see any problems.....

ETA - as long as the wheel is centred on the spigot, everything else should be OK - no?

Seemingly they`re set at the correct PCD at the factory. In this case 5x108. I think.

I`ve tried one on the car and it slips on perfect. I have no idea if its centred though as the bolts won`t tightnen up. I just don`t get the off set threaded bolt sticking through. That plus I don`t know anything about them.

Yes, I'd say they can turn slightly to suit slightly different PCDs.

Turn when tightend? Because they don`t turn freely in the wheel.

I'd agree they are probably to help fit the same wheel to a number of different PCDs, in a similar way to these bolts:

Looks like the use of diffrent insert will change the pcd in one generic hole if that makes sense

They look like "Wobble Bolts" they type fitting wrong size PCD wheels. Though these look like factory fit on cheap tat wheels to make manufacturing cheap

Wobble bolts as pictured by Crafty above work just fine and are nothing like the OP's inserts.

Looks like they are to serve the same purpose though but clearly not very well!

Yes, I think TSW alloy wheels were working on something like this.

They will surely look like st once you have bolts which will fit anyway. I'd not be happy with these.

All the bolts sit to one side of the bolt holes. Not only that but the wheel , although round looked flat spotted when it turned.
