One of the most iconic vehicles to have been created by legendary car designer Giovanni Michelotti – the BMW E9 – has just received a very modern facelift from one of today’s top talents. David Obendorfer’s vision for the brand new BMW CS Vintage Concept calls on the trademark shark-like overbite and boat-inspired chassis of the original, yet updates them with more contemporary styling and proportions. While the interior has been given a full redesign, the use of premium hand-stitched leather and polished wood really rounds off the classic appeal. The car is still in its concept stages, so don’t expect to drive one any time soon, but keep an eye out for more news in the months to come.

With a normal front that could look half decent...at the moment it looks like its been badly wrapped around the grill/lights area.

Not a bad idea. Needs a bit of finishing to avoid the whole "pinched thing" that Jag S Type suffered.
