Tyres for a VW EOS

More tyre shopping. This time for my girlfriend.
She has a VW EOS with 235/45/R17 wheels currently fitted with Pirelli P-Zero's.
As she doesn't do a huge amount of mileage, she's not overly bothered as I was about more efficient rubber and would like something grippy to keep her on the road. (The EOS is a terrible handling car so she needs all the help she can get!)
What's the recommended choice for such a wheel size?
I'm thinking the same as my choice Michelin Primacy 3's or Goodyear Eagle F1 AS2's.
