At the time I was selling trailer sailer yachts ( some of them were a bit big for the UK roads) the 130 had the largest towing capacity of all private vehicles on sale in the UK.
I always wanted one but we had to put up with a Landcruiser Amazon, which I know have a very vocal following who trot out the same anti L R spiel every chance they get. Big, powerful and comfy yes, but 100% reliable and useful as a working vehicle it was not.
