steering wheel wobble at motorway speed.
Discussion
my car has developed a problem today, so i need to ask the knowledgable PH members for help.
a few days ago, everything was fine, was going down the motorway with no problems whatsoever.
now today, i go down the motorway, and i get a steering wheel wobble at 50/60+ and braking from around that speed i get a wobble from the brake peddle aswell.
i think something might have been done to my car, as i have has motorbikes targeted by unknowns before, basically f
king them up by nackering the swing arm and f
king with other bits on my bikes, and have had a few mystery dents and scratches appear on my car aswell now. but i digress.
what could cause such symptoms? bent wishbone? tracking well out of wack? what, i don't know, but i will be checking tomoro for any excessive play from the bearings and seeing if anything has been bent in the suspension like a wishbone or anything else,.
what would your first port of call to be and what would you do to find out whats wrong.
