SKODA SUPERB 3T FAULT CODE

Hi,
I am new to this site so hello to you all,
I have a question, my wifes Skoda Superb 3T 2.0TDi 170 keeps having a light flashing up every so often ,so I have plugged in a code reader and the code that comes up is 08451 does anyone know what it is for and where on earth do you find these codes as I have looked on the net to no avail . It also flashes the glow plug symbol ,
please help if you can , oh the car still feels normal to drive and still gives good mpg figures
