Before I try to reject a car....Am I being too harsh ?

Considering rejecting a recent vehicle purchase and wonder if I'm being too harsh or perfectly reasonable....
Purchased used vehicle from large franchise dealer just under a month ago. Vehicle under 1 year old, retail value just below £10k.
On the test drive, a fault with the steering was identified. Sales Manager advised vehicle would be fully PDI'd and all faults rectified before delivery (attempt 1 for the dealer to rectify).
Upon delivery, steering fault was still there. 2 tyres also 10psi below recommended and 2 approx 8psi above recommended (this wasn't causing the steering issue) - clearly no PDI. Also, the bonnet catch wasn't working correctly and found car near impossible to drive in stop/start traffic - clutch juddery and loose drivetrain feeling (even gently lift off throttle at low speed and it's like full braking with a jolt - same under even gentle acceleration at low speeds - jolt)
Vehicle returned to the dealer to fix (attempt 2 for the dealer). Courtesy car provided was same make and model so this showed me again exactly how my car should drive, no pulling to the side, no jolting or juddering.
Vehicle returned after 1 week with suspension and clutch components replaced and bonnet catch all "fixed". Clutch judder gone, steering issue still there, loose drivetrain jolt feeling still there and also with the addition of knocking suspension.
Vehicle returned to the dealer to fix (attempt 3). Call recevied 6 days later informing me it would be at least another 4 days before car would be returned....2 hours later, call to say car was ready and that the brakes had been serviced and further suspension components replaced.
Steering issue resolved, suspension knocking resolved, bonnet catch resolved. Drivetrain jolt issue still remains and now the radio has taken to changing channel itself (quite common apparently).
On the drivetrain issue, when you lift off or accelerate at low speeds there's a clear jolt as if some slack is being taken up or caused - note its a manual. Wasn't present in the courtesy car of same make/model/engine and never come across it in any other car I've owned (I think this is car 15 or 16....)
So the dealer has had 3 attempts now to bring the vehicle to standard and failed - I'm not being harsh to attempt rejection am I...
My plan would be to give the dealer the chance to take the car back and let me choose something else from them of same value (seems very reasonable to me), failing that reject via finance co for full refund.

Two points:
I don't think an attempt to fix before you buy the car counts.
Only one of these faults was present on the test drive but the others appeared immediately upon delivery?
If the faults were all there prior to purchase I would have insisted on going for another drive after they were fixed and before buying, or found another car to buy.
