On my Punto the interior fans have completely stopped working! aswell as this the sidelights are always on as long as the ignition/engine is on, unless you put the fan speed to 0, at which point they turn off. If I turn the headlights on, the lights which illuminate the heater/fan controls also turn off.

Could this be fuse job, and if so, how do i replace a fuse?

Could be a broken heater blower resistor, although the fact the blower does not operate at all may suggest otherwise.

Investigate the link between the side lights, headlights and the heater blower by looking at your vehicles wiring diagrams in the handbook. If they're on the same circuit the fuse is intact.
