Speed reading clearly isn't my thing
I am putting 2 plus 2 and getting five so apologies if I'm wrong but are you planing on using the fog lights outside of poor visibility conditions so the car looks different? If so, chavvy.
If its for the (very) rare occasions when we get thick fog, I think yellow lights are actually beneficial over white lights in fog as you get less glare.

Either way, I can't say my car is fully legal all the time (number plate at front is off occasionally) so I'm certainly not one to listen to.

Is it legal? I know someone a few years back insisted on having yellow headlamps. He was told by his friendly MOT tester to have the headlamps back to the original state or face MOT failure. Fully legal on both foglights and headlights.
Drill holes in the back of the lights and sikaflex a sidelight bulb holder into them with a yellow bulb, do the same with the indicators.
