Mark IV automotive parts - genuine???

I've just bought a thermostat housing body from ebay for my Astra.
It was listed as being a genuine GM part, but on delivery I find it's got a GM sticker on and is stamped Mark IV Automotive.

Has anyone heard of this manufacturer?
Could well be an official GM partner but just want to be sure.

I read from that they are indeed a respected, official part supplier - just wanted someone in the know to confirm that also.

A lot of the time genuine just means quality equal to the original part.
