Anyone had any dealings with c performance?
Good or bad I'd like to here from you.
I bought a car from him seemed like a decent kind of bloke till I was nearly home and it developed a bottom end knock, contacted him and he said I don't give warranty yet I've been told by law you get a warranty.
Let's here your views

Have a read of this:

If he's being dishonest about what he is legally obliged to provide I'd be asking myself can he trusted to not to try and bodge the repair. If the engine fault is serious you have the right to reject the car.

Give him a chance to fix it and if he refuses go to local trading standards and ask for their help and advice.
