I am definatly sure about it, the percentage of vauxhalls is higher than england. See them everywhere! Im in Cwmbran at the moment visiting my Mrs Dad and i have noticed it in north wales aswell. Infact i went out for a smoke last night, looked at all the drives and there was a vauxhall on each one.. Even on my girlfriends dads drive.

So why? Is it due to main dealers in the middle of nowhere?

If you really want to see a Vauxhall-fest, go to Luton.

I lived there for a while and it seemed rude not to join in so had a couple of Vectras.

I live in Wales and I do not own a Vauxhall ,however my son does and it is parked across the road waiting to be fixed. Standard.

They really are everywhere in luton, I assume it's because so many people round there work at Vauxhall so get a discount or like them as a result.

I've just been over the horse shoe pass today and seen a Vauxhall owners club parked up with bonnets up admiring each others engines. I was impressed with the rusting wheel arches and nasty EBC green pads with drilled discs which seems to be standard mods for Vauxhalls lol!

North Wales presumably because of Ellesmere Port.

It must be the natives, any wealthy English moving there for the good life won't be able to manage with out anything less than an ex Camel Trophy Discovery.

Workers from Ellesmere Port maybe getting staff discount?

Probably lots of Nissan up in Sunderland.

You're not wrong. You can't get moved for Qashqais and Jukes with their fking fog lights on round here.

People in Wales are poor and fat and therefore disabled.

They therefore have lots of Motability cars and even the ones that don't buy cheap ones.

Hence, lots of Vauxhalls.

(PS I'm over simplifying, and yes I'm obviously Welsh from my username, but I bet the proportion of Motability sales stacks up).

Dagenham is much the same with Fords, less so nowadays but they're still pretty much the de facto standard smile

Lots of fords around this way, largely down to the engine plant in Bridgend and everyone knowing someone who works there and is eligible for tasty discounts.
