Wheel Nerd Needed - What's this off?

Dear Fellow Car Nerds,

I've been asked what car this is off and where to get a replacement? My lovely sister said "you're a car nerd, whats this off?"

To which I replied, "no idea....but I bet I can find out"

So over to you fellow petrol veined friends. Any ideas? my guess is a limited edition of something, but I have no real clue!

All help appreciated.

It looks cheesily stuck-on enough to be some kind of aftermarket.

The wheel looks vaguely familar, but without seeing the whole thing...

Wheel does look familiar but I'm thinking it's probably aftermarket.

Not sure why the car isn't known. My thoughts were it was a limited edition of something.

Ok, apparently the fella has damaged one of the wheels and needs a replacement. They're non OEM and he's trying to work out the make to get a replacement .

Photo of the whole wheel might help - also size etc. There are almost certain to be codes/logos/names stamped or embossed on the wheel somewhere that might help, too (maybe under the plaggy cover with the fancy V on).
