Has anyone else applied to work at JLR?
I got my application for a production operative at the new i54 plant turned down yesterday.
I did the online application and got through.
I did the second test, a manual assessment, part-building the cylinder-head successfully.
I attended the face-to-face interview and answered questions like 'give me an example of getting along with someone from a different background'... I thought I did OK but received the email telling me I was unsuccessful. I have asked for feedback and to let me know which part I let myself down on but have heard nothing yet.
Oh well...

hi Fastchas. i have also applied for the same position as you did and i have an interview booked for this coming monday on 14th of july. Have you heard from Jlr why they refused you? and please can you tell me what question did they ask. i didn't have much time to prepare because i passed my manual assessment only two days ago. i also didn't update my CV, do i need it to take with me at interviews day? any advice will be appreciated. thank you
