FANTASTIC!

It was a Macan S. Dark silver, Quad exhausts.

If I were selling Evoques I would be very concerned, it looked like a game changer to me.

Have to see one in the flesh to get the real deal but judging by the images I've just downloaded I am going to have to wash my eyes out with bleach...

Was passed on the M6 toll the other day by an S in black. Looked bigger than I thought it might. although I didn't get much chance to look as he left me for dead. (and I was doing 70).

I agree. Much bigger and more road presence than I expected. Thought it was a Cayenne at first.

Saw one outside Porsche Leeds the other day, it did look rather good. Shame the lease deals may be on the steep side...

I haven't yet seen one but I'm sure I will soon if they are now on the road - people have been lapping the Evoque up here in Aberdeen so I'm guessing this will be a hit too, can't wait to see one.

As an aside the Porsche and Land Rover dealers are a stones throw away from each other and used to be under the same dealer network (Town & County).

It's certainly better looking than the Cayenne and Panamera, but that's hardly saying a great deal. smile

I had to google to see what they looked like.

It looks to me as if that Audi bunch have created an inflatable A3 and then pumped it up to 4x the normal size.

My heart is set on one for 2 years time. 2 kids (8 & 2) and a dog. Perfect. Pushchair occasionally so will cut perfectly. Can't wait!

20's

I bumped into a guy from OPC Reading a few weeks back in a garage whilst filling my old 996 up. Had a chat and a good look around it. Very nice.

I'm positive I'll get to this time next year without having noticed one, despite probably being surrounded by them in Aberdeen. In white, with the smallest diesel available. Just like everyone else.

You may as well order one now, the waiting list is 15 to 18 months already

And I thought Peugeot did the worst and largest front end of the car, we have a new winner.

I just think they look like:

A big car for people who don't actually want a big car
An off-roader for people who don't actually want an off-roader
A car of the current 'gutless engine' generation, which has the benefit that they can tell all their friends how fuel efficient it is

I'm sure it will sell like hot cakes. Similarly, my dad bought an Evoque. I am so ashamed. I also dislike these.

We all have different points of veiw but::

According to reports its great off road.
The performance figures in all guises are best in class so it certainly doesn't have a gutless engine.
I don't know what you mean by a big car for people who don't want one, that just sounds daft!
