Trying to find small, decent spot & foglights - suggestions?

I'm about to get one of these bumpers for my Land Rover:
They normally come with 2 pairs of cheap crappy spotlights, so I've decided to source my own lights. I want the outer pair as foglights, so I can retain the foglight wiring from the standard bumper. The inner pair, I want as 100W xenon or HID spotlights wired to the main beam, as I do a lot of driving on fast but pitch black country roads.
I'm having a lot of trouble finding the right lights, however. The holes are 80mm, but I've been advised by others who have this bumper to restrict myself to 75mm lights to make sure they fit properly. The mounts are a standard horizontal plate with a hole in it, below the light aperture.
The trouble I've been having, is that pretty much all the spotlights of this size are now LED jobbies, which I really really do not want. Apart from the fact that LED light does not penetrate as well as halogen/xenon beams, the OCD in me pathologically hates the mixture of warm yellow light from car headlights mixed with cold blue/white LED light - it looks terrible.
After following a lead by a friend to some Demon Tweeks foglights, it's just the spotlights I need sorting now. A set of bullet-type mini spotlights would be ideal, but whatever combination of "spotlights", "halogen", "bullet lights" or "75mm" I use, google seems to turn up nothing but those bloody indoor mini-halogen light bulbs.
Can anyone help with some suggestions?

These are the best aftermarket foglights I have come across. They're about 65mm outside diameter, so may need a small blanking plate inside your bumper to make them look neat.
They are also available in driving or spotlight fitment too, and are ideal for an HID conversion as they are projector-type lenses. Many UK distributors can source them for you.

3" (so 76mm) , they come with LED but look at the pic of the lamp it shows it with a standard Halogen H3 100W bulb. Ok they are blue glass but its close!
Try searching for 3" rather than 75mm
