So it can accelerate to 100kph quicker than it can stop from 100kph?

Built by hand in Romania. Is that a plus point? Think I'd stick with an Ultima, hand built by Dave in a shed in England.

Before I even clicked on that link I had in my mind Nelson. So black-falcon is essentially a company who buys an Ultima kit and a crate Nelson engine and puts the two together and calls it a new car.

And I thought the Romanians begging in London were taking the proverbial.

Could be worse! Could be a Chinese copy of an Ultima and V8 and then hashed together.
