Flocking Fibres - Where to Buy?

Anyone ever bought flocking fibres and if so where from?
I'm looking for small amounts in various colours.

There's www.flocking.biz but I have a healthy distrust of .biz websites

Before anyone warns me off trying to do it myself, I'm not flocking a dash, just a 12" MDF (record) box and yes I'm going to seal it first

I've made my own flocking tool out of a bug zapper gun, small food tub and tea strainer and completely confused myself in the process, as it doesn't seem to matter if the ground lead is attached to the target or not and it doesn't pull the flock (well, ripped up tissue) to the piece but instead pulls it up towards the dispenser, so it stands vertical, which I suspect might be the whole point, I'm not sure.

Apologies for posting in GG but I really don't know if it should go in DIY, or bodywork & detailing or scale models or..

Good grief - I haven't come across flocking since the 1970s! People still do it, then? Can't help with the question, other than to say that .biz is just a relatively new internet address, and usually nowt to be frightened of.

Just as an aside, I wouldn't have thought that tissue had the necessary electrostatic qualities to be attracted anywhere in particular. Flocking fibres are (AIUI) very fine and very synthetic.

.biz has been around long enough to gain a reputation
Although really I was looking for more a recommendation to say who delivers the right stuff, on time and good quality, including colour matched adhesives.

Black flocking for dashes is pretty common, particularly on track day cars.
My search for flocking fibres has also turned up many sources for small quantities of many colours and glitter variants for nail flocking

hmm, yea I mean small compared to the amounts needed to flock a dash, but large compared to the amounts needed to flock finger nails
