Sorry if this has been posted before, but it would appear the widow of the driver in the PW crash is claiming they were doing 55mph and Porsche is at fault and should pay her some compensation ?

A grieving/panicking widow who's gravy train is running out. Shame on the Attorney who took this case on. Far better to tell her,

'Look love, if you start bouncing off trees at 55mph, nothing is going to save you'

Surely the car was doing more than 55mph? The carbon fibre structure of the car would be way stronger than a conventional car but was still massively damaged.
Also, wasn't there talk of the car having old tyres on it?

Th investigation suggested it was going up to 94mph, but of course we all know who knows best in this case...
