Where to pop the question in Monaco

As in the title, the time has come to ask the better half to marry me.
We are going to the F1 Monaco GP this year, and figured that would be a good time to pop the question. So, my question to you is (at least for those that have been)... does anybody know of a good place to 'pop the question?'
The good news is, there is little chance of her saying no, she even picked the ring (she doesn't know I have purchased it). The bad news is, marriage sounds a bit grown up
We are staying in Nice, then travelling to Monaco on the Saturday evening and again for race day. I've seen a few images overlooking Monaco which look pretty spectacular, so my first thought is to find somewhere like that as the sun sets, but any ideas would be welcomed.

Depending on what your travel arrangements are, there's a viewpoint on the hill to the east looking down to Monaco which is spectacular. Would be perfect especially as the sun set but you'd need a car to get there.
In the town itself, I agree that the terrace behind casino square would be good, also up at the palace is nice too with good views across the marina.

Each to their own... but I'd do it in Nice if you are staying there. Especially as Monaco will be so overrun by the GP.
If not... there is a nice spot overlooking the Fairmont hairpin. Its a nice garden area and you get to remember if forever when you watch the GP each year. I've no idea on the access you'll have during the GP though

Monaco will be heaving. Finding somewhere decent to propose will not be easy. You could do it in proper PH fashion and propose mid-flight on a Nice-Monaco Air Monaco helicopter flight as it skims along the coastline at 100mph. Or mid-race on a track-corner as the cars scoot by at 150mph 
If you have a car La Turbie has a beautiful view of the whole of Monaco, will also be a lot quieter than Monaco on race weekend. Unsure how easy to get there without a car though. I'm sure someone on here will be able to give advice.

Or it is also nice looking back towards Monaco from the higher section pier to the right of the cruise ship in port hercule (big one) in the above photo which is easy to get to. Far right section in this photo.

My thought is, if I am going to do it, it will be quite impressive for my other half to be able to say 'he asked me in Monte Carlo'.
We both enjoy the F1, went to our first race in Spain last year, so it makes sense. Just seems like a good opportunity.
I will take note of the options mentioned, but to help keep the ideas coming, to answer a few questions...
In true pistonheads fashion, funds won't stretch to a helicopter trip from nice to Monaco ha.
I won't be traveling by car.
I planned to stay in Monaco for some food on the Saturday and Sunday but I do realise it will be busy, if the moment doesn't happen then it doesn't.
I thought about exploring a bit on foot, then seeing if a good opportunity arises. At least by asking people in the know I may be a little less clueless.

If you want to do it in MC I am not sure how you can move during the GP (I've always tried to avoid going there with all the stuff going on), but you could opt for the beach restaurant at the Larvotto (It was called La Spiaggia, don't know if the name changed in the last couple of years).
There are of course many other places, but you'll struggle to find a place diring the GP.
Another option could be Fontvieille, but I find the east end of Montecarlo nicer.

I've seen a few images on Google with a similar view. Renting a car is a possibility.
It's a difficult one to plan that's for sure.
