Insurance for garden sheds/(Home) workshops and contentsrobl

Hi guys,
Having a problem finding anyone who will insure the contents for over £3k for my 10x14 shed/workshop and contents. I've conservatively added up total (as it stands) for £7500 and I keep remembering things like a generator which I hadn't remembered - oh and strimmer etc etc DOH!
The AA will cover £3k if I've taken reasonable care etc - so pics are definitely required and of the contents in the event of a break-in/fire etc.
Does Anyone have any thoughts about this or have great cover so I can save some legwork?
