Superchips Bluefin - Anyone had any experiences?

I mapped my Audi A4 2.0T Quattro with one and have been impressed with it. It gives a smooth power delivery and transforms the car. The customer service is meant to be excellent as well which is handy in the event of any issues.
I have had it on my car for just under a year doing approximately 5000 miles with no issues at all.

Expensive, wasteful, but ultimately convenient way to achieve what it does.
As for the actual maps themselves the results are very variable and down to the individual cars. The value comes down to your own application, so it is totally inappropriate for anyone to generalise about the product in terms of actual results (which won't of course stop people doing it or others paying attention to it).
