Emergency soft top repair!! Help!!

Car in question is a Bentley GTC, garage it came from put some sort of leather patches on it i assume to cover some sort of blemish. Recently, in the hot weather, the patches have shrunk and started to come away.

Its being used for a wedding at the weekend and need some sort of fix, and i' m stuck, can anyone assist with ideas?

Halfrauds used to do a soft top repair kit. Patch material and glue really. Don't know if they still do.
