EDIT: it's nearly 12-fking-thousand-pounds.. Thats 2,000 more than a Smart car. and 4,000 more than a Toyota Aygay-thing

It seems that you can drive it at 16, which I suppose will be useful for some people who don't want to ride a moped.

It's not cheap though. Parkers lists it at 12k!
