Does anyone have either of the above in their garage/profile that I can compare running costs over a year or two period?
Thanks

HSBC have just launched a 4.3% rate.

£10,000 over 3 years will cost you just £600 in interest.

I don't understand... Maybe I'm hard of thinking... But you've asked for a comparison of four finance models, none of which can be reflected in the PH garage thingie.

Are you asking which is the best way to buy/lease a car?

There's a fair few variables there...

Okay. So wondered what sort of running costs and depreciation, even appreciation peoples cars have done using users profile/garage for various ways to finance eg. My Primera was free, cost 2600 p/a, appreciated, and m3 lost thousands

I don't think the garage thingie has the facility to reflect finance payments. Just buy/sell price and running costs.

It's pretty cool to gauge running costs of any given car.

It's rare for any car to appreciate in value, certainly in my experience.

I find the classifieds a good way to work out potential depreciation, checking ages/mileage a of cars to roughly work out what it may be worth in the future.

As far as finance / lease etc , entirely depends on the car and the given deal on that week!

I think you may have asked the proverbial question about the length of a bit of string.

Maybe all of the options should wrestle... In chocolate... Wearing nothing but cucumber skins... In Sweden. Then you shall have your answer.
