Transverse engined FWD... it ain't gonna be an MX5 competitor in the PH sense of the term.

Pretty enough thing other than the weird front grill, though.

The rear looks a tiny bit like a Mini Marcos, but whatever it is, it should be better than the Mini Coupe/Roadster.

Yeah I like it too. It does want to be RWD though!

Where does a front mounted transverse engine fit in that rofl

Expect a side profile with another foot in height come production car time if it's to keep those proportions

Why put a Mini face on it? It's a lost opportunity to bring back Triumph (rights owned by BMW). As a car, it's a nice looking thing, but it's not a Mini.

I like it.

They will tone it down a tad, and sell loads of them - BMW Product Marketing at its best no doubt.

Reminds me of an Austin Healey to be honest.

Its not just the ugly face but the lines are so dull. The whole car looks incredibly boring.

A different grill and I think that would look great. I also feel a bit odd saying that.

Erm... well... at least it's better looking than the Paceman...

Mini stopped being Mini since they started to tart about with the hatchbacks.

This, the least appealing aspect of this is the attempt to make it look in some way related to the MINI.

Reminds me of a frog-eye Sprite, although I can't work out why. Like it!
