Just nosing the web and stumbled across these images of thousands of new cars sat in storage.....wow!

The docks at Portbury in Bristol are full when the boats are off-loaded, but the next day it's empty again.

Some of the photo's were of the yards at the back of car factories ffs. Portbury and Sheerness are where the mega ships full of cars are emptied and taken to dealerships all over the UK. The shot of Portbury probably related to a month's worth of throughput. Pathetic journalism.

I drive past this place in Corby, on the way to visit my folks. Seems to be only Vauxhalls, and often wearing number plates a year or two behind the current. Maybe ex-lease cars of course.
