Sporty cars for under 3k?

Hey guys, looking for something with 4/5 seats (doesn't have to be 5 door) something that'll nip on a bit, looking at a facelift corrola T sport just now so when I say "sporty" I mean something like fabia vrs, golf gti's, Civic v-tecs, stuff like that, but any suggestions under 3k and quick would be great.

Leon Cupra R? Might get a shed of a Focus ST? Golf GTi Mk 5 Anniversary comes with 180HP Engine if you don't want a Seat. SNormal Leon Cupra comes with 180HP 1.8T. Bit inert but swift enough for a fast overtake.

This is the kind of stuff PPC do well. See if you can find a friend with a pile of back issues. But most of the Japanese manufacturers do a super sporty version of at least one of their saloons.
