I applied for my private reg to go on retention, today I received the V5C. I was wondering if I'm now able to sell my car even though I haven't got the new Tax Disc and MOT Cert or the Retention Document?
DVLA are grinding very slowly this year, now they have the extra work with the closure of the local offices. You will be lucky to see any more documents before July :-(
