Man chases "TV Detector Van" & films it...

We do seem to like a controversial video on here, and I found an interesting one by accident while browsing YouTube. It's seriously lacking context, but appears to show some guy in hot pursuit of a "TV Detector Van", with some shocking attempted overtakes, lots of cutting up and results in a minor RTA.

I've no real opinion of it, it just shows some very stupid driving. Although you don't see what happens before the video begins, I saw another short clip of a man walking out of his house filming this van outside on the road and it speeding off. It's under another YouTube name, but the registration looked the same so it may well have been the same van.

I can see how people could be wound up by the TV licensing folk, as I understand it they’re essentially bailiffs employed by a contractor to the BBC, they’re on commission and they haven’t got the best track record for telling the truth when it comes to informing homeowners of their rights & attempting to gain entry.
Having said that, I get the impression that the tinfoil hat brigade who seem hell bent on making their lives difficult, are no better, they could stop the harassment quite easily by either paying up or letting the ratcatchers in to see they haven’t got a telly.
Nobody likes being hassled by ‘The Man’ but getting the Old Bill involved in what is effectively a civil matter is a waste of resources and trying to ram someone off the road is plain bonkers!

That is some of the worst driving I've ever seen! And to top it off he seems to genuinely believe that every retarded thing he does is the fault of the guy driving the van in front of him.
Hopefully the police see this and relieve him of his licence, he clearly doesn't deserve to have one.

So licence dodger man does not like being caught living off of our subsidy, so he chases the van in what can only be assumed is an attempt to stop the van and assault the driver. Is angry man armed? That is not clear.
I can't help thinking that if van man had stopped and either slapped the driver, or been assaulted himself, there are those on here who would be either screaming for him to be sacked, or claiming he was stupid for not doing all he could to evade angry man and get to a police station and getting put in hospital as a result.
Of course, the tv van man could have been porking the other guys wife - but that is about as likely as angry man being a secret billionaire.
