classic car hire website

trying to sort a wedding car and a month or two ago I found a website that was basically a collection of owners and their cars advertising their cars for hire either self drive or chauffeur driven. I can't for the life of me remember what the site is called and in this instance Google has not been my friend.

Anyone know what it's called?
