Snake oil that works

Many posts on PH and beyond about things like engine oil additives and go faster promises. Thought I would share mine.

My 198k miles BMW E38 had a torque converter shimmy, under light loads. Nothing major but it was a worry. Tried Dr. Trannies Shudder Fix and 250 miles in it worked! 6k miles later and still no sign of it coming back. I'm sure it will eventually but I though that was worth sharing.

Any other stories?

I am no fan of snake oil remedies/performance enhancers but I have been amazed every time I have used K-Seal, it really works like magic and the repair seems to last.
