laid up v, low mileage insurance

Help please some time back a forum member said he had insurance for £40 per year
1 what's the best laid up [eg part dismantled] price members now have and which company provides it
2 what's the cheapest non laid up cover with minimal mileage where vehicle is off road for indefinite time awaiting repair/scrapping
3 do any policies cover static[not being driven] liability to third parties eg trespassers when off road and someone cuts themselves on the vehicle
4 does adrian flux and others "garaged" mean in a building or just off road eg in a field
5 what does TAV mean
6 can you get a fleet laid up policy covering several laid up vehicles at same location /different locations
7 can ordinary policies be suspended indefinitely without losing accumulated ncb eg 15 years whilst vehicle is laid up
8 can laid up tractors/ploughs/horticultural agricultural machinery be put on a laid up policy if in a field

I had laid up cover quotations for my classics and every insurer asked for the car to be garaged. I don't have a garage. In the end I got cheaper quotes with very low mileage (1000)miles on one and 2k on the other.
