Gumball 3000 spotting: edinburgh-manchester

As the title says, gumball 3000 will be heading from edinburgh to manchester tomorrow, leaving edinburgh between 9-10am, i really want to go see the cars passing by and im thinking the m6 is the best place to be, is anyone planning to do the same?

My plan is to find a bridge over the m6 and watch them drive by, are people Doing this? Any tips as to where i could go and watch them? Or inside info of some of the gumballers routes?

Id rather see them driving than parked up at either manchester or edinburgh.

Think I'm going to drive over from leeds to the stadium in Manchester for a gander. Nothing else to do :-)

Should be in London from 6pm onwards apparently. Leaving London Monday morning 10am onwards. Don't know how punctual they will be though. I miss the old Gumball... been several years since I went to the starts in London Pall Mall, might pop down tomorrow. McLaren P1, G-Class 6x6 and F40 look like the only interesting stuff this year

I was at the start.

Some of the cars in the turnout made the Ferraris and Lamborghinis pale into insignificance.

They only set off from Edinburgh between 12 and 1 s they're running a little late.

Jonathan Ross is driving a yellow Ferrari convertible and rapper Xzibit is in a grey Bentley convertible.
