HPI Check says one thing, Insurance Database another

Hey guys,
Purchasing an RX7 and just tried to sort out some insurance on it. I did an HPI check and it all looks fine, however the insurance company are saying the numberplate comes back as a Mazda 121, not an RX7.
It looks like it was on a private plate but this was changed on the 18/08/2011 according to the HPI report.
Any ideas on what I should do?
