TT 2015 bookings

Being a good son I have just finished booking my Mum's 60th birthday present to go to the Isle of Man TT next year, which has always been an ambition of hers.
My god it was a faff getting it sorted though!
We only want to go for 4 days (the old man not keen to do more than that) but have had to book the apartments for a full week (fair enough - it's their busiest time of the year).
Anyone done this before and know of a good place to sell on the days that we won't be using? The chap who owns the apartments is fine with it.
We've got a two bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) which is self catered and a one bedroom apartment (also self catered) for anyone who wants to take it from the evening of the 8th June until the 12th...
