Pirelli P-Zero Rosso alternatives?

Hi tyre guru's, So I have P-zero's all round on my Saab 9-5, front 2 will need replacing soon. My tyre OCD meant 2 more P-zero's were due to be ordered. Happy with the Pirelli's but the fronts have worn fairly quickly (6k ish) so I made the mistake of starting to look at alternatives.

Oh what a minefield that has turned out to be !

In my size, 225/45/17, massive amount of choice.

Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta (£72.89) and Pirelli P-zero's (£75.59) top of the list

Always bought Uniroyals for the wife and sons cars so have always rated them

I don't do any kind of track days, so budget £70 - £80 a corner would be ideal as if i change brand then i will have to get 4 !

Any recommendations ?

Pirelli pzeros are pretty poor, I had them on my 4200 and dire is the word I recall.

Uniroyal's are the best all rounder for the money IMO.

PZero and PZero Rosso aren't the same animal.

I've had the Ultrac Sessanta which were fine, but now on the Yokohama AD08. Will see how the wear goes.

Recently discovered Bridgestone Adrenalin RE002 for the sprint car (Citroen Saxo) which seem reasonably competent -- better than Toyo T1-R but not as good as the Yokos.

if it was me I'd try Vorti's for a few quid more as I like the Sessanta's very much

I'd use Michelin Pilot Sport 3s on that car.
