looking for an original excuse?
Discussion
I've had a look at a wee project car which is on sale locally. Not advertised yet and IMO a bit of a bargain. Trouble is my wife thinks I've got too many projects on the go and should be spending more time on the house. Can anyone think of a good reason/excuse for buying this? It'll have to be something pretty original, I've used up all the usual ones.
ps it's a '97 MGF , just run out of MOT and tax but reasonable nick, should sail through a new MOT. I can have it for £150 if I'm quick.

You lost a bet so you must drive round in a hairdressers car for a month or two.
