BMW 1 Series M Sport, Auction Price

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help me with a rough guide.

I am looking at getting a BMW 1 Series M Sport from Colchester Car Auctions, 5 Door Hatchback.

I have a budget of £7200 and I am wondering what that will get me regarding year and mileage.

I can't help with the original question but you might get more qualified responses if you let people know what engine you're looking for as well.

Any engine is fine, it can be diesel or petrol as well.

as an idea I picked up a 120d SE black, 5 door, 56 plate,full mot, 98k for 4200.
from auction about 3 weeks ago.

There was a facelift I think, 07. so prices for these are more.
You may get a later high milage car. good luck :-)

Buy on condition, not year or trim level. That iz all.

Can't help you on guide price but keep in mind buyers premiums etc... A good deal can soon turn out a pricey one!

Any reason why M Sport trim is compulsory and the engine can be anything ?

this is a desirable spec, so best of luck, the local traders will be all over any that go through.

Spoke to an auctioneer today and he said I should get a nice 08/09 for my £7200 or a high mileage 10/2011, so good news.
