Audi TTS what are they like?

Hi guys, having to sell my generation 2 Cayman S to fund my new business venture and forth coming wedding and have been looking at the TTS. Has anyone got one? had one? And if so what are they like?
Obviously it's not going to be as good as my cayman I understand that, just after some views.

I used to own a 59 plate TTS manual with a stage 1 remap and it's a great little car. I had a 09 plate V6 manual before that. Practical, comfortable and pretty nippy too. Used it as a daily and never let me down

Perhaps its a personal thing but I've always wished I went for the TTRS back then though.

If i get one I was thinking of remapping it, stage 1. I've read it takes the bhp up to around 310 mark.
Did the remap totally change the car?
How did you find the TTS on fuel, servicing etc?

Yes, the car feels more punchy after remap, fuel wise as mine's a manual it's around 21-30mpg. I service mine at Audi so it's whatever they charge...

I've heard a Stage 2 or 3 will make the car even faster but haven't experienced it myself. If you can stretch your budget I'd recommend the TTRS though.
