Manheim Auctions Trade Buyer Fees

Anyone willing to give a bit of insight into what Manheim's fees are like for trade buyers? I can see private buyer fees on their website but nothing for trade (I guess they want the £70 membership fee first...)

Particularly interested in the £0-£1000 and £1000-£2000 brackets....
