Maybe the owner could avoid stuff like that if he parked more in public view and not out of sight on double yellow lines. Not that it means he got his just desserts, more that he ain't helping.

Infact the 'fk it innit' stance from mong boy is compatible to his approach to parking illegally. The 'I've got a nice car and lots of money therefore ill park where I like' attitude will always piss some people off imho.

One day individuals like this will get their comeuppance which will hopefully (at the bare minimum) end in a trip to A&E. Be it through falling off (or through in some cases) said car or by doing it to a car with a nut job of an owner.

Sadly it would be the owner that would end up in trouble if he put the scrote in hospital.
