Need new shoes for the A6, 205/55R16. Currently got Ku39 on which have lasted about 18 months/2 years. Does about 15K a year, mostly motorways and urban driving. Have winter wheels with Dunlop wintersports on which I rate quite highly.

The Michelin are being offered at a similar price point to the Dunlops by Costco at the moment, my usual tyre supplier will do the KU39s at £65 a corner, but recons the Dunlops are better at £70. Been happy enough wit the Kuhmos in the past.

Is it worth taking advantage of the offer on the Michelins? Are the Dunlops as good as folks seem to be saying (a lot of the pro reviews and tests seem to rate them well)?

Try Formula 1 Autocentres, they were doing the Blueresponse for about £65 the last time I looked for my A6 (same size)

Sounds like a good deal on the Michelins mind

Been using Dunlop SP Sport Fastresponse on my Leon for about 18 months now and they grip well, including in the wet, but seem to be wearing pretty quickly. I think they are the predecessor to the Blueresponse so maybe similar.
