Got a stack of old Evo Mags (a good 4-6 boxes / 100-150) that i would rather give away to someone who may read them than bin. Period over last 10 years or so.
For collection (based in North London) - collector to bring own boxes / packaging.
PM me if interested - PHer needs to have been a member for at least a year with 10+ posts over the period. Please dont ask me if I have specific issues...its a job lot freebie

As well as every Octane, Top Gear, Classic & Sportscar & literally literally hundreds (probably thousands) of other mags - Autosport, Autocar, MotorSport, Grand Prix international (every copy) & many other long forgotten car mags.
They are cluttering up the garage & the shed so I guess that they will eventually all have to go.

! Near end of M1.So far, in over 30 years of 'collecting' the sodding things, I have yet to refer to a single copy!!!!
I read them, store them in a particular order month by month (Classic & Sportscar, Classic Car, MotorSport, Evo, Octane, Car, Top Gear) & then I never bother with them again.
Autosport is stored week by week in a separate pile.....
Just cannot bring myself to get rid of them.
I think swmbo has a valid point when says that I need help.......
And that is without my 1800 (approx) model cars!!!
I had every issue of Evo from issue 3 up until last month when I threw nearly all of them away and I was gutted but I also thought about how much money I had spent on them too, its nice to have them for sure but it is also very rare how often you go back to the older issues.
They have come in handy though when I have purchased another car in the past as its nice to read the group tests and the like of a specific model so I suppose all was not lost, I still have plenty of car magazines but they do take so much room up and they are bloody heavy when you keep putting them back up the loft!

I just cancelled my subscription to EVO last week, it has been going downhill for ages imo and I just can't be arsed to read it anymore. Very sad about it as I used to really enjoy it dropping through my door each month.
I am a bit like that at the moment I look forward to it dropping through the door but there seems to be less and less in it that interests me anymore...its never been the same since we lost Performance Car magazine I used to love reading every issue of that.
