If that is a wishbone arm, I'd say fail through corrosion / damage. Maybe the pic makes it look worse than it is.

If its failed & you think it shouldn't OR its passed & you think it shouldn't then your next call is to VoSA to appeal the result.
The sooner the better as there are time limits.
