What did I see then?

Driving home today, I came up behind a bright orange 2-seat roadsters, that looked something like a cross between an original Ford Ka and a Renault Sport Spider. It sounded like it had a fairly high revving 4-cylinder in it, and the badges had been replaced with PH smileys!
It was an R-reg, so it can't be a home built kit-car, but I'm flummoxed as to what it was as I've never seen anything like it!

Anyone got a clue?

All Kas are on a modified Fiesta platform - the StreetKa is just a ragtop SportKa.

Can't help with yours but I also seen something strange today, it was Caterham shaped but with a Peugeot badge on front and a boot!
