Was heading home last night travelling in a 30 zone then blow me a corsa with L plates on overtakes me.To add insult to injury they turned off 100 metres after passing me.Im all for people overtaking (safely ) in a national speedlimit if it makes sense but to be passed in a 30 unless just takes the p**s
