The modern cars look an awful lot safer, but I do wonder how much complacency that causes.

New cars look fat and angry.
The American retro muscle (other than Buick) all seem to have been brought back to life well.
The Mini photo makes me laugh and cry.
Modern Maybach is a right shocker
Modern Bugatti is properly fat.

Seems the US cars have transformed well, I'd say the rollers and 12C look good too (if a bit bland in the latter case). And maybe the SLK and bmw Z8.

The MINI looks awful, particularly the last generation. I guess that's the safety regs for you, cars that were big anyway adapt well to things like block-bonnet separation.

It is in pictures but it always surprises me, seeing one, how much smaller they are in reality. But the Type 35 is a motorised go kart so even a Fiesta would look big next to it.
